Chef 84's Hot Sauce

I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu back in 2004 and since then culinary arts has been my passion. I am a private chef and I own a small catering business. I started bottling my own variety of hot sauces 2 months ago. And sometime next year I plan on opening my own food cart where I will be presenting Chicago style foods. But for now I want to present my signature hot sauce to the city. My signature sauces are all organic, fresh ingredients and fresh herbs and spices. Strictly no processed or canned foods are used in my sauces or foods. As a chef I strongly believe in giving your best and never offer a mediocre mind.
