Billerica Cat Care Coalition

Since 2004, Billerica Cat Care Coalition (BCCC) has been committed to protecting and improving the lives of abandoned and homeless cats and kittens in our community. As the first organization in Billerica to advocate for humane feline care, we've helped bring compassion and responsible treatment to the forefront of local animal welfare.

Through education, outreach, and hands-on rescue work, we empower caregivers, veterinarians, and community members to make a lasting difference. Our volunteers provide food, shelter, medical care, and advocacy for cats who have nowhere else to turn — giving them safety, comfort, and hope.

BCCC also partners with respected no-kill organizations such as Alley Cat Allies and Best Friends Animal Society, helping to expand humane practices across the region. Together, we're building a future where every cat is valued, cared for, and given the chance to thrive.
