Sirius Transformations LLC

Hi! my name is Diana Constantine and i am the owner of Sirius Transformations LLC is a holistic health and fitness coaching business located at KLV Properties in Amsterdam. As an extension of the business, I created a subcategory called Sirius Snacks, where I bake fresh, organic baked goods with a focus on both quality and how they make you feel.

I use whole, organic ingredients and source locally whenever possible, depending on the recipe. I also use eggs from our own chickens to ensure freshness and quality. My goal is to create baked goods that not only taste good, but leave you feeling good after eating them. Many of my offerings are gluten-free or dairy-free to provide more accessible, health-conscious options.

Sirius Snacks began last year, and I’ve really enjoyed participating in pop-up events and local markets. I hold a Home Processor Certification through New York State, which allows me to bake from home and sell products that meet all labeling and safety requirements. The business operates under my LLC and is fully insured.

I’m looking forward to connecting with other vendors and being part of the community at the market, and I’m excited to see all that Amsterdam has to offer.
