Sak Saum

Sak Saum is a lifestyle brand focused on ending generational poverty by working with women who have often overcome extraordinary circumstances. We produce directly in the community, creating jobs and ending the cycle of charity dependency.
Sak Saum re-purposes and re-uses fabric, rubber and cement bags into beautiful, high quality handbags, wallets, clothing and accessories. New life is given to items that would otherwise be discarded. Each item is hand-crafted and individually made, not mass produced. We scour the local markets to find second-hand fabrics and materials. We thoughtfully re-purposed each meter of fabric. We design and create each item with care and love.
