Cicada

Cicada is a band that is often described as "ethereal folk". Imagine a banjo and fiddle playing old time tunes mixed in with a little jazz and original music. But they're not just playing anywhere, they're playing in space. Lots of reverb and effects, but they still have a rooted and down to earth sound with acoustic instruments. Don't expect to be taken on a rocket through space at lightning speed though. This music is very calm and soothing, almost like a lullaby. Sleep well and enjoy the market!
