Fantello Farmstead Creamery
Vendor
We are a small Family farm with a rich history on the Enumclaw Plateau. My grandparents started dairy farming here in 1918 and in 1980 my grandmother Filomena at the age of 81 finally retired from milking her Jersey cows. In 2015 my wife and I decided to resurrect the family dairy that we have been living on since 1988 and start milking Jersey cows again and making the finest cheese and butter out of the milk produced from grasses grown on the Enumclaw Plateau.
We work in partnership with the King Conservation District and the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Services to protect natural resource, improve water quality and promote stewardship of our land.
