Epic Roastery is a locally owned coffee business dedicated to roasting fresh, single-origin beans in small batches. All roasting and processing take place at a licensed cooperative commercial kitchen in Appleton, with products professionally packaged in sealed, single-valve bags to ensure optimal freshness. We operate in full compliance with the City of Appleton Health Department and hold a certified Food Manager License.

We are proud to currently serve the Appleton community as a vendor at the Fox Den Mini Market in downtown Appleton and have been selected to participate in this summer’s Saturday Farmers Market in downtown Appleton. Our coffees are also served and sold at several respected local businesses, including Author’s Kitchen, Woodman’s (specialty coffee section), Jacob’s Meat Market & Grocery, Voyageurs Bakehouse, and the Emporium gift shop. In addition, our full product line is available through our online Shopify store.

We would be honored to expand our reach into the Green Bay community by participating as a Wednesday vendor at the Broadway Street Farmers Market this summer. This opportunity would allow us to share our premium, freshly roasted coffee with a broader audience while contributing to the vibrant local market atmosphere.

Epic Roastery is more than a coffee brand—it is a mission-driven business. A portion of every sale is donated to the Autism Society to support individuals on the spectrum and promote awareness, inclusion, and stronger community connections. This purpose is at the heart of everything we do and is reflected in our brand, our story, and our commitment to making a positive impact.

We just had a couple customers from Green Bay in our booth today that purchased a couple of our fresh packaged roasted coffee beans our products and strongly recommended that we should apply for thus Summer's Market on Broadway Street in Green Bay that takes place each Wednesday, that we were not aware of.
