3D Puzzles

Wooden model/puzzle kits.
All pieces are made in house, via laser.
Made from 3mm Birch.
Easy to assemble, instructions are included as needed.
Many different designs available.

General process for the creation of a Wooden Model/Puzzle involves:
Idea.
Research the item that will be the model. This usually involves finding design pic/blueprints of the subject.
Initial design modeling the parts needed.
Write a functional pattern.
Produce a test piece.
Make corrections as needed.
If no further issues are found a final design is ready.

Once final design is ready the steps are:
Inspect the wood being used. Any hidded fill can ruin a part.
Cut and engrave the partsvia laser.
Inspect
Clean and sand as needed.
Take inventory of each part required.
Individually package for sales.

100% of the work is by me.

In the past I've used patterns I've purchased. These will be phased out and replaced with my own designs. The "Pink Floyd" van in the pics is an example of my design work. My designs do not require instruction as the parts themselves are the instructions.

Graphics will vary as needed.
Most are graphics I've created, some pieced together bits from other graphics.
