General process for the creation of a leather piece involves:
Idea.
Initial design.
Write a functional pattern.
Produce a test piece.
Make corrections as needed.
If no further issues are found a final design is ready.
Once final design is ready the steps are:
Pre-prep the leather for engraving. (dyes, sealant, ect)
Engrave/cut the material via laser.
Post engrave cleaning of the material.
Cement pieces together as needed prior to stitching.
Hand stitch the all the pieces.
Hand polish/burnish the piece.
Reseal the leather.
Install metal hardware.
100% of the work is by me.
Graphics will vary as needed.
Most are graphics I've created, some pieced together bits from other graphics.
