Miller's Mushrooms

Throughout the years, mushrooms have become an important part of our lives and our diets. From foraging chicken of the woods and morels, to cooking up tasty meals with family and friends, we couldn’t seem to get enough of this fungus. That’s why when we decided to try our hand at cultivating, we wanted to make sure that it was done right.

Since we are a small operation in Canton OH, we can assure the highest quality product. Our mushrooms are grown on hardwood sawdust supplemented with organic grains and little bits of love. To say that mushrooms need extra care in order to produce their fruit is an understatement and we couldn’t be happier providing that daily. We aspire to continue working with the earth and mycelium responsibly. Year round indoor cultivation utilizes a lot of plastics. Here at Miller’s Mushrooms we only using biodegradable materials for both growing and packaging our products. We currently have a variety of oyster mushrooms (blues, pearls and browns), shiitakes mushrooms, lions mane, black kings, chestnut mushrooms, pioppinos and reishi mushrooms.
