I am 2x Culinary graduate, ServSafe certified for 15 years straight. I just recently opened my food truck business to pursue my dream of creating fresh food and one day to be able to have my own farm where I can have my complete vision fulfilled...Farm to Table concept.

Currently on my food truck I do my version of tacos with 5 different protein option Shrimp, Fish, Mojo Chicken, Ropa Vieja (beef) and Vegetarian Protein
