Jaida Bird Designs

Jaida Bird Designs was created in honor of our amazing niece, Jaida, who has special needs. Our mission extends beyond creating beautiful products—we are committed to giving back. A portion of our proceeds supports special needs adults like Jaida as they transition into later stages of life, particularly after their parents or primary caregivers are no longer able to provide support.

At Jaida Bird Designs, we pride ourselves on offering products that are both uniquely beautiful and exceptionally high in quality. Our specialty lies in handcrafted beach and lifestyle items made from Turkish cotton, a textile widely regarded as one of the finest cotton materials in the world. This handwoven fabric is celebrated not only for its vibrant colors and intricate designs, but also for its superior functionality—it is highly absorbent, quick-drying, lightweight, and naturally sand-resistant.

Using this remarkable material, we design and create a range of versatile products, including beach bags with towel conversions, blanket conversions, backpack/towel combinations, boho-style bags, and our popular beach ponchos and cover-ups. Each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted by us, with occasional collaboration from talented friends and local seamstresses.

Our products are designed with versatility in mind. They can be worn as shawls or beach wraps, or used as tablecloths, picnic blankets, couch throws, and more. They are perfect for the beach, pool, gym, boating, travel, camping, and even spa or bath use. They also make thoughtful and distinctive gifts.

We regularly participate in markets and shows, where our products are consistently well-received.
