We are a dedicated gluten-free bakery that has been proudly operating in Cambridge for the past 14 years. Our focus is on high-quality, organic ingredients and creating products that can be enjoyed by both gluten-free and non-gluten-free customers alike. As a full-service bakery, we offer a wide range of items including savory goods, sweets, and artisan breads.
Our weekly offerings would likely include two varieties of bread such as sourdough, challah, and sourdough bagels—items for which we are particularly well known. In addition, we produce a variety of baked goods including cookies, bars, cupcakes, tarts, and pies. Depending on customer interest, we also offer vegan and non-vegan sandwiches made on our sourdough bread and sourdough focaccia, which are extremely popular with our customers.
We also feature rotating breakfast specials such as brioche donuts, cinnamon rolls, and pop tarts, which change every Saturday to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
We have an established customer base in the surrounding area and beyond. To better serve them and increase participation at the market, we offer a preorder system that allows customers to place orders in advance for pickup at our market stand.
If there is another gluten-free vendor present, we are mindful to avoid duplicating their offerings. Our extensive menu allows us to provide complementary products rather than direct competition. Our goal is not to compete, but to expand and enhance the variety of options available, particularly for those with dietary restrictions.
