Hydroponics is a more efficient method of growing than conventional farming. The water is tested daily and enriched with nutrients such as iron, calcium, and magnesium. We grow lettuces such as romaine, butter, mixed red oak, green oak amd red summer crisp. We also grow wheat grass.
