Brudders' Books is a foresty fun growing-up series for kids. Our first book, Brudders Learns How to Make Friends, was released on October 1st, 2020 and is about a little bear named Brudders who is just waking up from hibernation season and is eager to make friends for the very first time. Our corresponding Brudders' Nursery Collection features a beautiful set of watercolor prints from our book's paintings that are perfect for a nursery or toddler's room.
We're a Tampa Bay children's author and illustrator couple who have spent the last 3 years creating and building a classic, new children's book series that can be passed down for generations.
We are fully self-published, which means we've created, produced, and published our products entirely on our own. We use a USA family-owned book printing company to print our books, and a local Tampa family-owned printing company to print our artwork. Our products are sold through our own website, www.bruddersbooks.com, and at local events throughout the Tampa Bay community.

We're the author and illustrator, creators, and owners of Brudders' Books! K.A. (Kristin) Leigh is a Pinellas county native, born and raised here in Palm Harbor, a graduate of Palm Harbor University High, UCF and USF, and has been living right here in the Tampa Bay area her entire life. Derek Roberts is originally from California, but has been living here with Kristin for the last few years. Together, they created the Brudders' Books series and in 2020 have committed themselves 100% to bringing Brudders to as many families as possible.
