Hi, My name is Elizabeth! I have always enjoyed baking, but when I began making croissants- I fell in love! Now I specialize in croissants made with intricate detail and lamination. I hope people can enjoy these buttery layers of goodness and truly see the effort put into each pastry. I make sure to engulf any allowable additions into the dough but still create wonderful, creative variations! Croissant making is an art, science, and a hobby I adore. I look forward to the 2026 market season and watch out for new delicious croissant flavors such as: S'mores, Coconut, and Carrot Cake!
