Bean Man

We grow dry beans (pinto, red and black beans) which are non-gmo. We started in 2017 and sold to local vendors. We do not use glyphosate products in the growth or harvest of our beans. We normally harvest in September of each year with an Allis-Chalmers All Crop 66 harvester which shells the beans. We then dry them for about a month before cleaning, inspecting and bagging them. Our beans are sold during the year following their harvest - any that are left over are donated so that our beans are always less than a year old versus the beans sold in stores.
