Owner Briea Nathan has had a diverse and experienced career from a very young age. Having been trained by a world champion pastry chef and sugar artist from the age of 17, Briea has represented the USA producing confections at competition level, winning several gold medals. She has also competed on Food Network 10 times, having won the major TV show “Halloween Wars” in 2014. She appeared on the show a second time 3 years later.
In between competition and TV show appearances, Briea has worked at several high-end resorts in the Orlando area – such as the Waldorf Astoria, Loews Royal Pacific & Rosen Shingle Creek among other confectionary positions in Orlando & Washington DC.
