My name is Alica Parkison and i own a sourdough micro bakery. I specialize in long fermented artisan sourdough. Not only can you expect beautiful loaves, but you'll also get to try fun and unique inclusions like cinnamon chip cinnamon roll, French onion soup, chili crunch and parmesan, and double chocolate espresso. I also sell other sourdough baked goods like cinnamon rolls with maple cinnamon icing, par baked pizza crusts for easy dinners, browned butter chocolate chip cookies, cheddar chive and black pepper scones, and even sourdough pop-tarts. All long fermented for easy digestion.
