I'm Arad from Iran, where I grew up in my family’s pastry shop, learning the art of baklava from scratch. Each piece is crafted with authentic techniques, hand-rolled phyllo dough, and filled with rich flavors like walnut, pistachio, hazelnut, rose, chocolate, cardamom, and saffron—bringing the true taste of Persian heritage to Utah. Beyond classic baklava, I offer unique creations like Baklava with Bastani Sonnati—a traditional Iranian saffron and rosewater ice cream served between layers of flaky baklava for a warm-and-cold fusion dessert. I also make a signature Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake, a rich and luxurious treat inspired by bold Middle Eastern flavors.
