Our business is a family owned fish and chips food trailer based in Provo, Utah. We specialize in freshly prepared, high quality fish and chips made to order using simple ingredients and traditional cooking methods. Our menu focuses on crispy battered fish served with golden fries and flavorful sides such as our signature Parmesan fries.
