Our business is a family owned fish and chips food trailer based in Provo, Utah. We specialize in freshly prepared, high quality fish and chips made to order using simple ingredients and traditional cooking methods. Our menu focuses on crispy battered fish served with golden fries and flavorful sides such as our signature Parmesan fries.
Our goal is to bring a classic comfort food experience to local communities through farmers markets, community events, and neighborhood gatherings. We focus on serving hot, fresh food quickly while maintaining consistent quality and friendly service.
As a mobile food vendor, we aim to support local events and markets by providing a dependable and appealing food option that complements the atmosphere of community focused spaces. Our long term goal is to expand our presence throughout Utah County while continuing to operate as a family run business dedicated to quality and community connection.

Food has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up in my family’s restaurant, I learned the discipline, pressure, and pride that come with serving great food. That experience sparked a dream to build something of my own. I worked as a line cook while helping manage the restaurant, learning consistency, precision, leadership, and respect for the craft, while discovering the joy of creating experiences people remember. I later honed my skills at Midway Mercantile, where the owner John helped refine techniques, expand limits, and understand what it takes to execute at a high level daily. I saved relentlessly to create my own business, sacrificing comfort and time to focus on the vision. Today, Azi’s Fish and Chips brings that dream to life. Every detail matters, from sourcing quality ingredients to maintaining consistency and execution under pressure. Every order reflects my standards, work ethic, and commitment to delivering an experience people trust and return for.
