Hi! I'm April, Founder & CEO of Bandidas Hot Sauce.
What started off as a solo COVID passion project has now become a founder owned and operated business run by myself and my life partner, Julia. We started Bandidas in my hometown of Sacramento, CA in late 2024. After a few events, we relocated to Maryland where we scaled our business out of DC. Between May-December 2025, we attended over 90+ events across the DMV and even launched our online store. In December 2025, we made the tough decision to relocated one last time to Florida and do it all over again!
Bandidas is now run handcrafted in small batches at Florida Chefs Workshop in St. Petersburg, FL. We specialize in fruity hot sauces unlike anything else you've experienced!
