Coconut & Fruit Macaroon

Not the sugary sweet coconut macaroon you're used to. This little treat is sweetened with maple syrup and dried fruit. We use tahini and spelt flour as a binder, so it gives it a nuttier flavor.

Our coconut macaroons feature either dried apricots or dried figs, depending on what's available.
