Greens & Garlic Galette

A mixture of minced greens (mustard, kale, spinach) plus some fresh herbs (parsley and cilantro) all of which are sourced locally. We toss in some fresh garlic and a few fried onions, and then lay the flavorful combo over our house made garlic and tahini spread.

All savory galettes are served on our absolute favorite crust: our beloved olive oil pastry crust that's just as rich and flaky as any butter crust you've ever had. Yum!
