We are considered New Mexico style beef jerky. My dad has been making this jerky for 35+ years.  and two of his recipes won international awards. What makes us different from store-bought is we have a short shelf life. We’re good for three months due to the low sodium levels and non-preservatives. Short shelf life means better for your life.  we are also a fan favorite on a website FodMap, which is for people who cannot digest seasonings and have low tolerance for spices. Our salt and pepper is number one on their list. We do not marinate our beef jerky. We lightly season to keep the sodium levels down, keep the product crispy like a chip. We like to keep our Jerky on the healthy side.
