Inspired by fusion cuisines in Hong Kong and the US, we are an Asian fusion bakery offering bite-sized happiness. We maybe the first to offer flavored Japanese Milk Bread sandwich loaf as a snack at Sacramento's farmers' markets. With high dough hydration and 9-15% butter, these flavored loaf may be the softest and fluffiest bread you had. We also offer focaccia with Asian seasoning and sando made with our Japanese milk bread.
