The Empty Cup

The Empty Cup is a locally owned mobile coffee and specialty soda trailer founded by husband-and-wife team Madisen Crandall and Matthew Rothenberg. Built in Utah County, our goal is to create a welcoming gathering spot wherever we park.

Our menu features handcrafted espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and Utah-style dirty sodas using our “Choose Your Sip” model, allowing guests to customize their drinks with flavors, creams, and fruit purées. We proudly source our coffee from Kings Peak Coffee Roasters, a family-owned roastery based in Salt Lake City.

The Empty Cup was created to bring people together—serving thoughtfully crafted drinks while supporting the vibrant, locally driven community that farmers markets celebrate.
