Little dough farmer

Jesica moffitt. I will be starting a sourdough business as a small baker I plan to sell bagels and all types of sweet and savory breads focaccia maybe cookies. I don't have an Llc yet but when I get it going depending on how I do I will be going by the name Little Dough Farmer which is a play on growing my own sourdough starter such as a farmer would grow vegetables and fruit, I will be growing dough as sourdough loafs take a day or two. And the little is because I would be and am a small batch baker. Which I will bake fresh every Wednesday and Thursday. I am new to this so I have no idea what I am doing as a seller at a farmers market but I thought it would be a good place to start as a local business. I do not use any ingredients that aren't fresh. So my ingredients will be simple and few. Sourdough is gut healthy and excellent for everyone to eat unlike all the processed foods and breads we buy at the store my bread is simple and easy to digest and so good!
