We are a small, family-run bakery specializing in organic, Mediterranean-rooted sourdough breads, bagels, and seasonal baked goods. Everything we make is naturally leavened and baked in small batches using traditional methods, long fermentation, and high-quality ingredients. Our focus is on simple, wholesome food with great flavor—artisan loaves, freshly baked bagels, pastries, and savory items that pair well with farmers market produce, eggs, cheeses, olive oil, and honey. We participate in local farmers markets and bake fresh for each market, creating products that bring people together and give customers something special to take home and share.
