Kneading Sourdough Therapy

Kneading Sourdough Therapy is a cottage food microbakery serving fresh sourdough creations since 2024. As a stay-at-home mom passionate about baking, everything I make is sourdough — from the bread to the cookies and more. Along with regular menu favorites, I also offer rotating weekly specials to keep things fun and seasonal.
Everything is baked fresh and personally handed to you. You can find me at local markets, and when I’m not at the market, I bake weekly on a preorder basis in Eugene Tuesday through Thursday. Kneading Sourdough Therapy was built from a love of baking, community, and sharing fresh sourdough with others.
