Cooper Farmstead

We are a small family farm that specializes in vegetable production. We ran a market farm in Indiana for four years and then an additional two years in Virginia. We are starting up here in the Waco area. This year our production level isn’t going to be as high as it will be in the future. We are testing the market base and seeing what we can produce and sell. In addition to vegetables, we also raise chickens for eggs and meat. Seed starts from our greenhouse. And some value added items such as pickles and baked goods from our wheat.
