Manna Mill Bread Co. is a small-batch artisan bakery specializing in fresh-milled whole-grain breads made from organic and ancient grains. We mill our flour in-house before every bake using stone mills, preserving the full flavor, nutrition, and character of the grain — something lost in conventional commercial flour.

Our loaves are naturally leavened or long-fermented, crafted without preservatives, and designed to highlight the depth and richness of real grain. From our Millstone Reserve French Country Loaf to our enriched Artisan Gold and premium babka, every product reflects our commitment to traditional methods and exceptional ingredients.

We focus on quality over volume, baking in limited batches to ensure freshness and integrity. Manna Mill exists to reintroduce the Tampa Bay community to bread the way it was meant to be made.
