We operate a fully sustainable, 100% Plant Based and Gluten Free mobile kitchen. Verdes goal is to grow all the ingredients included on the menu through the development of our Biodynamic Earthship Greenhouse Farms. What we cannot provide through are operations, we attempt to support other local farms and artisan by incorporating their products into our dishes.

I am working hard to develop my first off grid, sustainably built Earthship greenhouse, growing with Aquaponics and incorporating many Biodynamic practices which include: Solar/thermal heating and cooling, rooftop water collection, sun, wind, and gravity powered energy, composting, and recycling. I believe that we can change the world through the production and service of food. We can provide this basic necessity without causing damage to Mother Earth!
