Pastries on the Porch

We are a patisserie/bakery that makes a variety of baked goods. Some examples of what we make are: tarts, hand pies, sweet and savory puff pastry goods, croissants, cinnamon rolls, sweet rolls, macarons, pies, crostata, scones, danish, specialty flavored cakes (opera, torte, mousse), specialty cookies, entremets, madeleines, frangipane, and napoleons. We also make traditional German baked goods from our family recipes such as: Kuchen, streusel topped pastries, strudel, pfefferneusse, lebkuchen, nussschnecken, mazipan treats, bavarian pretzels, German breads, and stollen at the holidays.
We are proud to say that we use local ingredients in our pastries whenever they are available, and change seasonally to match what is available at the market. We do also preserve and store fresh produce to be used in the winter months.
