We are a small-scale gourmet mushroom farm growing fresh, locally cultivated specialty mushrooms for our community. Our focus is on high-quality varieties like various strains of Oyster mushrooms, Lion's Mane, Shiitake, Chestnut, etc.. grown indoors under controlled conditions for consistent flavor, texture, and freshness. All mushrooms are harvested just before market to ensure peak quality and shelf life. Though not a certified organic grower, we are committed to organic growing practices.
