I have a cottage bakery located in Alachua fl. Previously I ran a brick and mortar in Gainesville called Joyfully Baked. I started my business here in 2019. I specialize in gluten-free, egg free, plant based and allergy friendly baked goods. I am well established in the community, but currently do not attend a regular market.
