Chippewa Watershed Conservancy (CWC) is a local non-profit whose mission is to preserve and protect Central Michigan's land, water, and wildlife resources. CWC was founded in 1985 and currently protects over 5,300 acres of land in our region. With over 7 miles of hiking trails, over 620 acres of publicly accessible land, and knowledgable staff and volunteers CWC provides free access to recreation and environmental education to members of our community.
