Mel's Bread Co. is a small batch, in home produced bakery focused on producing high-quality breads crafted with wholesome and delicious ingredients, Each loaf is handcrafted to be the bread that completes your breakfast, lunch, dinner or late night treat.

Our menu focuses on sourdough sandwich bread, better-than-your-average banana and zucchini breads, and famous, family secret cinnamon rolls. Everything is made and baked by Melanie Montague, a BYU business student originally from Mesa, AZ, who believes that giving people good food is the best kind of service.
