We are located in Provo Utah, Joy pops is Latina own paleta shop where we make fresh Mexican paletas from scratch. We have been in business for 7 years specializing in catering. The owner, Kalli, started Joy Pops at 17 years old and has a passion for paletas and building a community. We are looking forward for the possibility of participating in the provo market!
