3BQ is a family-owned Brazilian street-style barbecue food vendor serving freshly grilled meats prepared on traditional skewers (“espetos”). Our menu focuses on simple, high-quality ingredients cooked live at the event, offering an authentic and interactive dining experience. We specialize in picanha, chicken, and other grilled items prepared to order and served hot to customers in a fast, safe, and organized manner suitable for markets, festivals, and community events.
