My name is Raul, I am the business owner and founder, I am originally from Venezuela where I got a college degree in Hospitality, during the development of my career I focused mostly in food and beverages, that is how the passion for the food grew up on me, then, when I moved to the USA I worked seasonally at lake Powell for 3 summers, moved to salt lake in 2005 and worked in the restaurant business for 12 years, I started my business and I realized that a farmers market is the most powefull platform to promote a food business.
