We are bean to bar chocolate makers sourcing Nacional Heirloom Cocoa Beans from the Mindo Valley of Ecuador. Our sister company El Quetzal de Mindo is responsible for tracking down the finest beans from family farms using shade-grown and organic farming methods. After harvest, our cocoa beans are fermented for at least 5 days to enhance their flavor profile and then ground down to cocoa nibs.
We use these nibs to create artisan, stone ground chocolate at our location in Dexter, MI. We are also whipping up the delectable brownies that kick-started our whole operation. Available in gluten free and gluten filled varieties.
