Julie Barbour - Our Water Our World

On behalf of the City of Stockton and San Joaquin County, I provide University of California information about all things soil, plants, yards, gardens and homes. Water testing shows that pesticides are in our water, and my outreach is designed to reduce the amount of pesticides used while still getting our yard, gardens and homes free from pests. Specifically, I identify pests and diseases and how to stop them from being a problem, most often with changes in watering, feeding, pruning and to prevent access for bugs and rodents into a home.
