Mama Patchke began with the desire to explore new food adventures and crave worthy flavors. We patchked to create Pepper Schmear, a condiment that melds chili peppers with fruity, herbaceous and citrus notes, to give it a nuanced umami, one expressed in mild, smoky and spicy versions.
