Balkan Meat Market

Family owned and operated since 1975 in Detroit. Small batch, naturally smoked, artisanal meat, featured at multiple ethnic markets(Atko USA, Maxs, Cantoro market) restaurants(Art and Jake’s, Besa, Franklin Oyster Bar) around metro Detroit. We offer 10 products currently, 8 of which are smoked and ready to eat. Our 2 raw products can be found and slavic festivals from Detroit to Chicago. We are eager to bring in a new turkey product by Fall of 2026, as well as traditional beef sausages by end of year. We are USDA inspected daily.
