Greendale Farm Cheeses

Greendale Farm produces cheeses from pasteurized cows milk. These are both hard and soft cheeses made using Southern Swiss Dairy milk from Waynesboro, GA and produced in a licensed and Dept of Ag approved facility in Norcross. I am both owner of the business and cheese maker. Greendale Farm was previously located in Madison, GA but after closing the business in 2016, we have decided to start producing cheese again here in Atlanta in 2026. We have retained the farm name for continuity. Greendale Farm sold cheeses at the Peachrtree Rd Market for 3-4 years before stopping production in 2016. We love the Peachtree Rd community and would be excited to be accepted again. Offerings would be limited initially as we ramp up production. Thank you for your consideration
