Kimchi Pancake batter

The secret to crispy pancakes is to add extra oil when pan frying. We love it crispy or soft & chewy; can be served hot or cold, always delicious.

Ingredients: organic all purpose flour (NY), water, kimchi, carrots, onions, green onions/chives, organic cane sugar, kosher salt.

1/2 pint makes 1-2 pancake; 1 pint makes 2-4 pancakes; makes several dollar sized pancakes.
