Mana is a food truck and catering business based in the DMV that serves local Hawaii cuisine, which incorporates the melting pot of Hawaii (Hawaiian, Japanese, Chinese, Filipino, Korean, Portuguese, Okinawen). Its more than fusion, but a melting pit of cultural cuisines. Hawaii is known for fresh and unique ingredients and we strive to provide the same flavors and quality using local DMV farmers and purveyors.
