ChilesChef is a BC-made brand of Mexican-inspired spice blends and citrus table seasonings designed to make bold, authentic flavor easy at home. Our lineup includes four gourmet cooking blends plus two citrus seasonings for fruit, snacks, popcorn, rim-dips, and finishing meals. All products are shelf-stable and produced in Port Coquitlam in a commercial kitchen, using only natural ingredients. We offer simple serving ideas and sampling to help customers quickly understand how to use each blend.
