Here at Music City Micro-greens we grow a variety of micro-greens. What is unique about our product is that we grow and sell living micro-greens. we use no soil, no fertilizer, no pesticides, using purified pH balanced water, growing in food grade containers, and using all natural CoCo nut fiber pads within a controlled environment.
Production Practices
Use Only Organic Materials Non Gmo Extended Growing Season
We start with pure organic and non gmo certified seeds. The first process is germination which we use food grade containers, natural fiber pads and purified water. After that, we move to the next stage of vegetation where each product is inspected and watered daily. After approximately 10 to 12 days the product is sold as a living micro-green which you are then able to take home and trim and plate as needed. Truly " Farm to Plate" dining !
